Photograph, Balclutha Township in Flood 1868-1878

DescriptionThis is a photograph of the Balclutha township in flood. The first bridge over the Clutha can be seen. This indicates the photograph was taken between 1868 and 1878. The great 1878 flood took out the bridge. This photograph may have been taken during this flood prior to the bridge being washed away.
