Takedown Policy

Community Contributions are made available on Clutha Heritage in good faith. From time to time, it may be necessary to remove uploads from Clutha Heritage. Contributions will be removed if they breach NZ Copyright Law, if they breach another person’s privacy, if they breach the New Zealand Harmful Digital Communications Act 2015.
