DescriptionThis photograph was taken at the Waipori peace celebrations on 19 July 1919. Triumphal arch. The arch features an electric light from R.J. Cotton’s claim at the junction of Lammerlaw Creek and Waipori River. At right Eric S. Knight returned soldier, served four years 285 days and was wounded at Gallipoli.
