DescriptionThis photograph taken in the foyer of the Tapanui Library shows the town clerk office door on right. The building was originally the Tapanui Borough Council offices, however became the library after the 1989 local government amalgamation that created the Clutha District Council. In 1994, the building was redeveloped to better suit the new purpose as a library. PhotographerUnknown DateC.1994RightsClutha District Council retains copyright ownership.
